What a busy weekend it has been for members of the Hoosier Mustang Club, from the monthly Hope Cruise-In on Friday evening to a full day of showing at the annual “Heat in the Street” Car Show in Westport.  We had 11 cars attend that show and 6 members came away with awards.

Also we have once again received the MCA President’s Award for the 2024 year.  Thank you goes out to Joel Wise for spearheading the effort to apply for this award from MCA.

What a very busy weekend it has been for the HMC!

Friday evening we had 11 cars come to the Hope 1st Friday Cruise In in downtown Hope.

Saturday afternoon we had over 15 members come to our HMC Ice Cream Social event at Mill Race Park.  Wow the Ice Cream and all the fixins was great.   Plus we had new members Doug and Paula Prather join our club at this event.  They have a Redfire 2006 Mustang GT convertible.

Sunday we had one member go to the Tri-State Mustang Club Car Show in Cincinnati.

‍We also had 9 members that went to the Columbus Salvation Army Car Show.  Dick and Shirley Bozell took home a Top 25 People’s Choice Award for their beautiful 1986 El Camino.

‍What a great weekend it was for car related events.  We had club members all over enjoying and showing their cars.  First, congratulations goes out to Robert Natereli for taking 1st place in his class at the 42nd Old Fort Mustangers Show in Fort Wayne.  His car is looking sharp!

‍2nd congratulations go out to Joel & Tina Wise for a first place in their class at the Arthritis Foundation Car Show - Mustang corral in Dublin, OH.

‍Lastly, we had 3 members, Dave & Valarie Sell and Frank Bayles attend the Cars and Coffee Event put on by Tri-State Mustang Club in Cincinnati.  Great event held in a nice parking garage.  The members then went out to eat at the adjacent Ford’s Garage restaurant.
